What alerts cannot guarantee
BadgeNotify can help you find the right badge window, category, channel, and timing. It cannot force Twitch to grant a badge, override campaign rules, or recover a missed reward after a campaign ends.

Troubleshooting
Honest answers when alerts or grants do not behave the way you expected.
Common causes: the badge was not saved, browser permission was denied, timing changed after the reminder was scheduled, you muted site notifications, or the campaign metadata updated late from Twitch.
Twitch controls grants. Missing watchtime, watching the wrong channel or category, unpaid requirements, account eligibility, or Twitch-side delays can all block a badge even if BadgeNotify alerted you correctly.
BadgeNotify labels channels honestly. Website watchlist, browser push, Discord community posts, and eligible Twitch chat routing are available today. Social broadcast bots and expanded overlay surfaces are planned or rolling out.
No. Alerts surface timing and requirement changes so you can act. Twitch still decides whether the reward is granted.
Yes. Remove saved badges, disable browser notifications per badge or globally, and leave Discord channels you no longer want. My Alerts is the control center on this device.
